Expected Progression
TraneXamilk and Azelaik 12% begin neutralizing acne-causing bacteria. Surface inflammation starts to subside as the active duo stabilizes the skin's microbial environment.
Azelaik 12% targets deep-seated redness and active flare-ups. You will notice a significant reduction in heat and swelling as the formula soothes reactive tissue.
TraneXamilk focuses on fading stubborn acne marks (PIE/PIH). By disrupting melanin pathways, it begins to lift dark spots and even out the tonal architecture.
The skin barrier is reinforced. Existing marks are visibly diminished, bacterial activity is suppressed, and the complexion achieves a clear, stabilized, and radiant finish.
The Products
The Clarity BluePrint targets acne and its aftermath simultaneously through two non-overlapping mechanisms. AzelaiK 12% clears active congestion and corrects existing pigmentation at the follicular level. TraneXaMilk blocks the melanin signal that turns every new breakout into a lasting dark mark.
AzelaiK 12%
Azelaic Acid (12%, Micronized), Betaine (3%), Green Tea Extract (1%), Panthenol (1%). Penetrates the follicular lining to clear active acne, correct PIH and PIE, and inhibit tyrosinase simultaneously.

TraneXaMilk
Tranexamic Acid (4%), Betaine (2%), Panthenol (2%), Sodium PCA (0.5%). Blocks the melanin signalling pathway before pigmentation begins — preventing each new breakout from becoming a lasting dark mark.

TraneXaMilk is applied first as a toner immediately after cleansing. AzelaiK 12% follows as an emulsion after any serums. On GlycoGommage days, replace MatchaMelt with GlycoGommage as your first step.
Once weekly, used as your first step before cleansing, replacing MatchaMelt on that day only. Accelerates shedding of pigmented cells to create a clear surface for active correction.
First cleanse daily. Removes SPF, sebum, and pollutants before the BHA cleanser decongests the pore lining. Skip on GlycoGommage days.
Second cleanse daily. Salicylic Acid decongests the pore lining while Panthenol maintains barrier integrity throughout.
Apply 2 to 3 pumps to cleansed skin and press gently until fully absorbed. Allow 60 seconds before the next step. This is your first active — it blocks the pigmentation signal before anything else activates melanin.
Serum step. Apply after TraneXaMilk if using as part of a wider brightening protocol.
Serum step. Apply before the emulsion layer to plump the barrier and lock serums in place.
Apply a pea-sized amount after all serums. The micro-emulsion penetrates the follicular lining to target active congestion and existing PIH simultaneously while the lipid base seals all layers underneath.
Final step. Ceramide NP and Squalane create an occlusive seal over all actives overnight.
For PM use. Always apply SPF the following morning when treating any form of hyperpigmentation or active acne.
Why These Two Ingredients Work Together
The Clarity BluePrint addresses the two-stage problem that makes acne-related pigmentation so persistent. Azelaic Acid clears the congestion and corrects the marks already there. Tranexamic Acid prevents each new breakout from creating a new mark. Without both running simultaneously, you are always one step behind the cycle.
Acne produces pigmentation in two ways. During an active breakout, the inflammation itself triggers the melanin signalling pathway — which is why dark marks appear even before the breakout has healed. After the breakout, the post-inflammatory cascade drives tyrosinase activity that deposits melanin in the healing tissue. Tranexamic Acid interrupts the first stage by blocking the plasminogen-plasmin pathway before the signal reaches the melanocytes. Azelaic Acid addresses the second stage by inhibiting tyrosinase directly and clearing the bacterial load that drives new inflammatory triggers. Treating only one stage means the other continues unchecked.
Published head-to-head research comparing Azelaic Acid and Tranexamic Acid for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation found both to be comparably effective as monotherapies. What the research also shows is that their mechanisms are entirely non-overlapping — TXA works upstream of melanin production while AzA works at the enzyme level — meaning they have no therapeutic redundancy and can be stacked without diminishing returns. For South Asian skin, where both the inflammatory response and the melanin production cascade are more active than in lighter skin types, addressing both simultaneously rather than sequentially produces significantly faster clinical outcomes.
Both formulas are specifically designed for melanin-rich, barrier-sensitive skin. TraneXaMilk uses Olivem 1000 and Panthenol as its delivery base rather than alcohol or standard emulsifiers, which maintains the acid mantle during the toner step. AzelaiK 12% uses a micro-emulsion rather than a standard cream to minimise surface friction and irritation on reactive skin. The absence of rebound hyperpigmentation risk — which eliminates most aggressive acne treatments from consideration for South Asian skin — is built into both formulas by design.

CLARITY BLUEPRINT
GLYCOGOMMAGE
Accelerate your results by integrating mechanical exfoliation with your clarity routine. While the Clarity Blueprint Essentials work to fade marks and fight bacteria, Glycogommage acts as the catalyst—manually rolling away the dead cellular debris that traps bacteria and prevents your active toners and serums from penetrating deep into the architectural layers of the skin.
