Most skincare brands available in Pakistan, local or imported, are formulated for Western or East Asian skin types, which have a fundamentally different inflammatory response to actives. South Asian skin is biologically more prone to post-inflammatory pigmentation, meaning a product that is fine for other skin types can trigger rebound darkening on brown skin. Every Qunat formula is built around that specific biology: barrier-safe bases, controlled active concentrations, and zero irritants like synthetic fragrance or drying alcohols.

Yes. Every Qunat formula is designed to work within the same protocol. The full routine runs in this order: MatchaMelt (first cleanse), BHA Gel Cleanser (second cleanse), GlycoGommage (2 to 3 times per week, not daily), TraneXaMilk, AzelaiK 12%, NiAbutin-C, HydraPep, then DermaSeal to seal. You do not need all eight to start. Most customers begin with two or three formulas targeting their primary concern and build from there.
All Qunat formulas are free from synthetic fragrance, drying alcohols, parabens, and sulfates. However, some actives require caution during pregnancy, specifically Salicylic Acid in the BHA Gel Cleanser and Glycolic Acid in GlycoGommage. We recommend consulting your doctor before introducing any new skincare actives during pregnancy. Hydrating and barrier formulas like HydraPep, DermaSeal, and TraneXaMilk are generally considered low risk, but your doctor's advice takes priority.
02 / USING THE PRODUCTS
Purging is normal and a sign the product is working. When you introduce an active that accelerates cellular turnover, congestion that was already forming beneath the surface gets pushed out faster than it would on its own. True purging appears only in areas where you already break out, lasts no longer than 4 to 6 weeks, and clears completely. If you are breaking out in new areas, or the breakouts have not cleared after 6 weeks, that is irritation rather than purging. DM us and we will help you troubleshoot.
One full skin cycle is 21 to 28 days, which is the minimum time needed to see meaningful change. Most customers notice texture improvement within 2 weeks and visible pigmentation reduction by week 4. Melasma and deep hyperpigmentation take longer, typically 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use. Each product page has a detailed week-by-week progression timeline so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Generally yes, but be careful about layering multiple actives from different brands. If you are using a retinol from another brand, do not layer it with AzelaiK 12% or GlycoGommage on the same night. Alternate them instead. If you are unsure about a specific combination, DM us and we will check it for you.
03 / RESULTS AND GUARANTEE
Before assuming a product is not working, DM us. Most cases where customers do not see results come down to application order, frequency, or a combination issue we can fix quickly. If after a full 28 days of consistent use you are genuinely not seeing any improvement, contact us and we will work out a solution. We would rather help you get results than lose you as a customer.
Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase on unopened, undamaged products in original packaging with receipt. Because skincare is applied to skin, we cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you. Never accept an opened or visibly damaged parcel from the courier.
Yes. All products have a shelf life of 2 to 3 years unopened. Once opened, use within 6 months for best efficacy. The period after opening symbol is printed on each product.
04 / SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship across Pakistan, to the UAE, and to Canada. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 business days domestically. International delivery times vary by destination.

Never accept an opened parcel from the courier. If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately before opening further, then contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with the photos. Do not discard the product or packaging as these are required to process the claim.
