Rs. 250 flat rate applies to all orders (unless we have special offers going on).

Time is of the essence. All orders placed during the business week are processed within 24-48 hours. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during weekends or public holidays.
Product Availability
While we keep our inventory updated, should a product become unavailable after you place an order, our team will contact you promptly to discuss a replacement or adjustment.
Returns & Hygiene Standards
For your safety and hygiene, any product that has been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note: Online purchases must be managed through our official e-commerce channels. We do not currently accept physical exchanges at retail locations.
Promotions & Gift Guidelines
We love rewarding our customers! However, to ensure fairness, "Gifts with Purchase" or promotional claims are limited to one per shipping address. Multiple claims for the same address will be automatically filtered by our system.
